The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment!

Welcome to our practice

We look forward to meeting you

Our first visit together will be approximately one hour, in which we will take a tour of our office and complete an initial orthodontic exam. During this thorough exam, our doctors and team will address any questions or concerns you have about your smile, your bite, and the basics of orthodontics. If orthodontic treatment is recommended, we will discuss the possible treatment options, the estimated length of treatment, our various payment options, and any insurance benefits.

Our goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of your orthodontic needs and what we can accomplish together. If you wish to begin the treatment process the same day, we will take diagnostic records, as well. These records include a cephalometric and panoramic x-ray, photographs, and impressions for study models. This information will be analyzed to develop an individualized treatment plan, which we will discuss in detail at a subsequent consultation appointment

After Your First Visit

After your initial visit, we will have you return to our office to discuss the diagnostic information we have taken.  Together we will  review your x-rays, models, and photos, and discuss how this information is used in your orthodontic treatment plans.  We will also thoroughly discuss:

  • Your orthodontic treatment plan options
  • The length of your treatment
  • The sequence and timing of your treatment
  • Any appliances that may be used
  • Insurance benefits
  • Our financial contract and financial arrangements

After our consultation, we will be ready to begin your orthodontic journey!

Office Visits While in Treatment

Visiting the orthodontist about every four to eight weeks is an important part of your orthodontic treatment, and keeps you on track. We will work with you each visit to make sure that your scheduled appointments are as convenient, as possible, and send reminders before each visit.
